The Interior of Panama, is a very beautiful area. So much to do--beaches, sights to see, great foods, cold beautiful rivers, waterfalls---everything a person would hope to see in a paradise. My grandfather Fritz Marti, who helped to build the Panama Canal with the French, lived in the Interior, in El Volcan. Visiting him, was always a great adventure. The only thing bad with the Interior is the huge "ticks". Ouch, they hurt. Good memories......
